Before departure
After selection
After the selection results are announced, the UNWE Mobilities Division sends nominations to the partner universities. The host universities then contact the nominated students and provide information about:
-
registration procedures;
-
course selection;
-
accommodation options;
-
deadlines and practical requirements.
Students are responsible for completing their registration with the host university on time, either online or by submitting the required documents.
Home institution details
When completing documents for the host university, students should use the following home institution information:
University of National and World Economy (UNWE)
Erasmus Code: BG SOFIA03
Email: erasmus@unwe.bg
Contact persons: Lia Yoveva, Head of Mobilities Division, and Maryana Yurieva, Expert in Mobilities Division
Documents before departure
Before leaving for their mobility, students must submit the required documents to the Mobilities Division. These usually include:
-

- Transcript of Records (ToR) in English - document with the student's succesfully taken subjects and gardes at UNWE
-
bank account certificate including IBAN and BIC;

Depending on the specific case, students may also need to provide documents requested by UNWE or by the host university, such as a Letter of Acceptance or additional internal declarations.
ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND TEMPLATES COULD BE FOUND IN THE "DOCS" SECTION OF THE WEBSITE
Financial agreement and grant payment
After all required documents have been submitted, students sign a Financial Agreement with UNWE. This agreement defines the amount and conditions of the Erasmus grant.
As a rule, 80% of the grant is transferred to the student’s bank account after the beginning of the semester at the host university and after the required conditions are met.
Important: OLS language test
All participants are required to complete the OLS language test (Online Linguistic Support) before and after the mobility period. The test is taken online and is mandatory for Erasmus participants.
